Woodman’s Grove House has recently been completed. This house, located in a new subdivision, uses high quality, thermally broken wall and roof envelope design to achieve a very high energy efficient rating.
The home has also been planned for the easy addition of either solar thermal or PV arrays on the roof to further reduce its energy load. In addition to these features, the structure boasts traditional design elements, such as a steep pitched roof reminiscent of the original farm house located there previously. The functional layout is derived from the very specific lifestyle routine of our client. Visit our Residential Architecture page to view this project
